My qualifications
Having spent over five decades in Manufacturing, Banking and Consulting, in roles from entry level to C-Suite, I understand the pressures and potential stress associated with the need for high levels of individual and team performance. In the last 15 of those 50+ years I was fortunate enough to establish a daily practice of Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork. I’ve also been formally trained as a 500 hour registered yoga teacher, so I understand the science, art and potential of these ancient practices. I bring all of these experiences and training to both individuals and teams to help them achieve more in life through improved wellness, insight and clarity

For thousands of years, health and wellbeing experts and practitioners have used these three practices in an integrated fashion to achieve superior health and overall wellness as well as improved performance in all walks of life. It is well documented that a consistent and integrated practice of these three ancient arts are the foremost way to manage stress, improve health and find clarity and purpose in life. Those improvements and insights then become the basis for optimal performance in business, athletics and daily life. This has never been more true than it is now in today’s modern and hectic world.

It all starts through a conversation to help me understand your career and life challenges and opportunities and factors that may be inhibiting your sense of wellbeing and your overall performance.

Next, I’ll provide some specific guidance to you to help you improve your wellbeing and performance . This will include an orientation to the yoga, meditation and breathwork methodologies and how to apply them for optimal levels of wellbeing and performance.

Supporting Your Improvement Plan
We’ll agree on the best approach for me to support your improvement plan. This will include periodic check-ins and reminders and also may include a combination of access to guided mediation recordings, yoga training, breathwork practices, journaling and other techniques to help you stay on track.
Samadhi (Pali and Sanskrit) a state of deep meditative absorption, intense focus, and non-dual consciousness where the observer, the act of observing, and the observed object become one.
